Honda Fury article
Image

Nice factory honda.

here is a quote.
Quote:
This is the Honda Fury, a chopper-style production bike from Honda. Due for an official unveiling at the New York International Motorcycle Show on Friday, this shot and details of the bike have leaked, revealing a machine that's identical to the Honda Fury patent images we brought you last week.

At 1808.5mm, the Fury has the longest wheelbase of any production motorcycle. It's powered by a 1312cc fuel-injected and liquid-cooled V-twin -- the radiator is neatly tucked in between the front frame rails, check out the patent images for details. The 200 series rear tire is supported by a hidden monoshock, while the front tire is a seriously skinny 90/90-21. Controversially, the Fury uses shaft drive as opposed to the more traditional belt associated with custom-style motorcycles, although we suppose it had to differentiate the Fury from every custom Harley ever made somehow.

Yep one major reason I did not buy a vtx.
don't like the looks of the shaft.
I had a yamaha before with shaft. They are quiet but look weird.
Honda get the best HP from there shafts from what my friends say.
I love the looks of belt and chains.

I agree, I had a VTX-1800 before I got my Mutt. I love the power and the ride. I just didn't like that big chunk of metal on the left side of the rear tire. Plus, you are limited to mod for it. I was going to get a 250 rear swingarm kit but it was 3000 dollars. Too much money. How is the weather down in FL. It got pretty cold up here in SC last night.

Well I hear you, But harley 250 kits are $3500 and more.
Wide tire kits make me mad becuase there so damn expensive.
I like the fact the new harley's come with a 200 tire in the rear.
But a 250 would be cooler. :bling:

I went to a show not long ago with 09 victory's, Damn they are nice.
I was disapointed in yamaha they are comming out with real expensive cruisers.
Like more money then victory or harley.
I say victory first becuase they are expensive, LOL

Real good deal used, But they tried to ass rape me at the dealer for a Hammer.
Plus there finance was limited.
